I love the store itself, very cute inventory but the customer service is by far the worst I have ever encountered at a local boutique. There are times I really want to purchase an item there but purposely go elsewhere for a similar item because I dread going into the store. I purchased a dress recently and was told that I could return for a full refund if the item had the tags and I had the receipt. However, when I went to return it the next day, I was only offered store credit. No explanation, nothing. Every time I go in the store, the employees never greet me, never ask if I need any help and when I get to the counter they are always rude. Unfortunately I now have store credit from my return but it is unlikely I will go back to the store to actually purchase something because it is never a pleasurable...

I took three homemade Christmas stockings into Loli & the Bean after several friends recommended them for monogramming. When I arrived, they were extremely busy with a ton of people trying to buy Christmas presents. However, the staff took plenty of time discussing my embroidery options with me, and I never felt rushed. The next day, a staff member called me and explained that they couldn't do exactly what I'd requested unless I came in and took my stockings apart. She also explained what was possible without my having to disassemble the stockings. I asked her to do what was possible if she felt the stockings would still look good.

When I went to pick them up (three days earlier than they were promised), they looked amazing. The letters were a perfect size and neatly done. I couldn't have asked for...

This store has some of the worst customer service I have experienced. I went in to pick up an order that my daughter, who lives out of town, had placed. She was notified that the order was ready and when I went in to pick it up I was informed that unless I knew specifically what the item was they could not locate it. I asked if they had names on the items and was told yes, but it would take days to locate if they didn't know what the item was. The young ladies were in no hurry to help out at all.
