I have tried to adopt twice. The latest was 8/8/25. I asked on FB if Rhett was still available and was immediately answered with”yes”. I filled out the online adoption form and sent it in online. They advertised to come in on 8/8 to view the kittens before adoption event. Once I was there, no one would open the cage so I could touch Rhett. I was told to come back at 4:30, which I couldn’t. I was unable to come Saturday 8/9 but went in Sunday 8/10, which they’ve advertised as another adoption day. Rhett was no longer there, no one came by to answer questions about Ross and I stood there for 10 mins. Store wasn’t busy but I couldn’t find any associate for help.
