The manager alicia is very rude and nasty and has no respect for customers..after I politely told her something was wrong with the amount not only did she taunt me, slam things on the counter and pulled a receipt back and forth in my face before I could grab it like I was a dog waiting for a treat..then she proceeded to talk to me as if I was a child..I canceled my Layaway I will never shop here again..not to mention she's the one who messed up the first time her name is on the receipts!!! Highly recommending everyone I know not to shop here!I will not be belittled by a angry cashier or manager!! I was the first one in the door at 9:30. At 10:00 I went to try one clothes and it was closed. I went to the cashier and she called back and she said it would be just a little bit. I waited because I had over 14 things that I needed to try on. At 10:50 it was still closed and I asked the same cashier. She called again and said 15 mins. So I waited. There's normally not a lot or issue at this location, but the last few times I've been in here the lines have been absurdly long and there's only 1 checker, despite the obvious manager just hovering around the registers. I get that places are short staffed and I'm always kind toward and patient with the employees. But this is really a complaint on management.
