Outback Steakhouse — Restaurant in Texarkana

Outback of texarkana, what can I say? DO NOT RECOMMEND, LOST A CUSTOMER. It started off with no host at the hosts booth, when we arrived at the table it was not clean. From there the waitress seemed nice but took around five to ten minutes to get our drinks. After ordering our steaks we asked for additional sauce for our appetizer which didn't come until we were done, this was annoying as the waitress was talking to other employees within eye sight the whole time complaining about customers. Once our drinks were done, we had to ask twice to get more while still waiting for our steaks. Waitress was still talking to other employees and the restaurant was almost empty. After an HOUR and FIFTEEN minutes I asked the waitress nicely could she check on the status of our food she replied they had a party of 17 in the next isle and we had to wait, after another five minutes she brought our steaks and they were NOT what we ordered. The steaks were cold overcooked and NOT the correct cuts. At this point I asked for the check and we were charged 108.45 dollars for crapy service and food we didn't even eat. As we walked out we looked around the restaurant and realized there were only 4 couples in the whole restaurant, the waitress lied to us so she didn't look bad. To top it all off we didn't get our silverware or napkins until our steaks came out. I hope that corporate sees this and actually does something because it was pathetic and it really makes them all look horrible. The manager also should be personally embarrassed as it's apparent they do NOT take their job serious. OUTBACK has lost a good customer I will not return due to this experience and the cost of that was on me.. thank you outback of texarkana for making my valentine date so special.

We ate at the outback in Texarkana Texas January 19th, 2023. We had our 7 year old granddaughter with us. It was about 6:30 pm. My wife ordered a house Salad, We ordered a children's chicken strips for our granddaughter, and I ordered a prime rib. I prefer medium rare but all they said they had was medium. My primary came "well" if you compared it to the chart in their menu, it looked like it had been put on the flat top and cooked on both sides. I was told then that they didn't have anything but well. They asked me what i'd like to exchange it for I said I might as well have a Ribeye since it's the same cut of meat. Our granddaughter's chicken strips never did come. Our daughter was in the hospital and she wanted some food as well. We had decided at that time to go ahead and get everything to go. We dropped the food off to our daughter. And when we got home I found that my ribeye steak was extremely tough. I would not recommend Eating here at this time. we have too many other restaurants in the area that have much better food and service. I would like to also warn everybody. They didn't remove the primary rib off the ticket. They just went ahead and add it then subtracted that amount off the total. So I when it came to the time to tip. It wanted us to tip on the total cost plus the prime rib that we didn't get. Look at your check when you receive it to make sure that you're not...

We went to sit at the bar and wait for our table . We looked at the menus to be ready when we got our table. It was longer then they said so I went to check. The guys looked and said oh ya we can seat u now. I went to get my husband . Went back the girl then took awhile to figure it out. Finally seated . No waiter at all for another 10 minutes. Finally an older gentleman waiter came he didn't smile say hi , tell us his name,nothing and barely looked at us. My husband asked questions about what he would like and the waiter acted very annoyed by that rolling his eyes, being short and rude. Same thing when I asked about 2 different items I was choosing between. We got our food . I asked for sour cream and extra butter for my baked potatoe , my husband asked for brown sugar . It took so long our stuff got cold . The butter and sour cream were mixed together and it was barely a teaspoon with both. When he brought them he dropped it at the table and didn't look at us ask if we needed anything else,, nor ask my husband if his steak was ok. And it was not. My husband didn't want to bother with this already rude waiter. The waiter never came back until the bill. He again didn't look our way say anything but have a good night.
