Old Navy — Local services in Town of Cortlandt

I'm disappointed in my purchase as of 3 weeks ago!!! Since my purchases of 3 weeks ago, my slacks I bought are on sale $10.00 cheaper I'm a working 76 yr old woman because living on social security,pension, and rent, let alone an increase in my rent for the cost of living going up, is more than my increase in social security, let alone in July my rent will be going up again with new lease. It's a senior citizen housing on your income. Living not only in Westchester County, it's a no won for us senior citizens. Then comes the greed of the food world,clothing, pharmaceutical companies,health insurance, and trying to enjoy what is left of our senior years after working and still working years!!! So, in a nut shell, I'm disappointed with the old Navy and my last purchase and will think before I buy again when I see they are stocking up on new items!!!! I've been a member with you for how many years now and pay my credit card time 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️!!! I was happy to see whoever is manager or in charge of cleaning the store up. It finally looks great again since I started shopping for so many years ago👍 P.S. card holder should be notified of upcoming sales, especially if you are an oldie but goodie buyer!!!!

I only pop in once and a while, this place used to have good deals and a large variety of interesting clothes. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be the case any more. They had for instance one shelf with one color of sweatshirts and although they had my size it was not heavy enough to keep me warm. It was almost as thick as a t shirt. I was trying to find a good deal but it was almost 49 dollars. Maybe it was a bad time for them, maybe they had a sale or something, but i walked in and in 15 minutes literally walked out empty handed. Disappointed because they didn't have what i needed but also because i felt like certain people looked at me and treated me as a nuisance for asking for help. Well if the store was organized properly and clothes folded, with the proper prices displayed then maybe i wouldnt have needed help finding the one shelf with one sweatshirt in stock. If it was on sale like it was supposed to be i might have bought it. Oh well, i honestly get it. People dont want to work. They act as if its beneath them. They want to get paid to stand there watching videos on youtube. If i ask them for help, no matter how friendly i am, im creating work, hence the problem. I think Walmart will be my go to for my...

The company as a whole has one of the worst customer service departments I’ve ever dealt with. I tried to return an item and it was apparently outside of the return window. I didn’t know it was outside of the return window because I never received a confirmation email when I placed the order. They said they would give me store credit which I was ok with but then they wouldn’t give me the entire price I paid. I should get the original amount paid. I didn’t know when the return window closed because I never received a confirmation email. I called their customer service line and they weren’t helpful at all. There has to be something that can be done, companies give credits for things all the time. I’m not asking to refund to my credit card. The money will go right back to old navy.
