Who tried to deny me cash back at the register and was extremely rude, insulted me, and shouted at me after throwing my cash back at me and refusing to give me anything over 50$. Your card readers offer cash back, so there should never be a scenario where a customer is told “you can chill on all that because it’s early in the morning and we only have so much in our drawer”. This lady is consistently rude anytime I go into this location and I have seen her be rude to other customers, and snark at me when I paid for someone’s transaction because their card was declined. My husband and I stopped this evening to purchase a few items. Of course we picked up more than expected. After grabbing a shopping basket from the front of the store, we grabbed what we needed. While checking out my husband placed the basket on top a few other baskets sitting by the check out counter. The guy checking us out, James, stopped ringing us up and grabbed the basket and walked it over to the rack of them by the front door. He then came back and continued to ring us out. The entire time he just gave us the nastiest look and put our entire purchase of 15 items into one bag, which was extremely heavy.
