I and a number of my employees/partners in the past used to regularly get their haircuts and styled here. Unfortunately the last three visits I have done, myself, result in unacceptable wait times. They (the stylists) will give you an estimated wait time of between 30-45 minutes.
However, the reality is, if you show up around 30-45 minutes later, you will wait longer. Even at double the time of waiting, you will will not be attended to nor will you be given any updated times. The first time I drove to the other location (Big Flats), the second time I decided to do the exact same thing, and the third time? I said this is enough and walked out.
I ended up waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes, solely, to note whether anything has changed. It appears to be management does not see the understaffing or overpromising of the location. Whatever it may be, I highly recommend against getting your haircut/styled here. Appointments apparently are just...
Read moreI have a three year old son so I called ahead at 10:40 to get on the list and tell them I'll be there in an hour. I arrive at 11:33. I'm told my time won't be until noon. I don't get it.....she took another gentleman who came in with his family of 4. The gentleman offered to let me go but the stylist insisted she take him instead. I figure ok.....one more person no big deal. I can wait for a guy to get his ten minute cut. Ten minutes later she asks who is next and I thought she was talking to me. No, she went and got one of the other three people in the other guys family. I promptly gathered my things and my son and left and told them I called so I wouldn't have to wait. I will not be back. What's the point of calling ahead if they don't honor their part of the deal??? TERRIBLE customer service. Which is sad for them because I go there...
Read moreOne of the worst haircut I've ever had and experience. Person in charge had to give instructions to one of her employees at how to cut hair and hair color a customers hair. I felt sorry for the customer in the chair at the time. And Then the person in charge belittled her customer in front of me and several other customers about swirling in the chair. I should've known better when she started cutting my hair and it wasn't traditionally cut like most people would take the approach. She struggled through the entire process as those it was her first week on the job. Also as individuals walked to the door, if they were female she greeted them yes sweetie, honey, or you look wonderful today.
