Avoid this store at all costs. The salespeople are not genuine with their information and extremely unhelpful. Furthermore, this is not a Verizon Corporate store but a 3rd party retailer. Therefore, they cannot discount phones like the corporate store can and instead the price of their phones are higher than the corporate store. This is what I encountered:
The salesperson, Phil, said that I would get a discount on my monthly bill because of my employer's affiliation. However, this is absolutely not true. Even though I had the discount in writing, the Verizon Store did not honor it and instead fought back. Even the manager did not know that I do not have a qualifying plan. There was no attempt on the stores' part to right this wrong and instead they offered to waive the restocking fee if I were to return the equipment. This shows that the salespeople and manager at this store do not know the company policies.
The salesperson said that the 5/5S phone cover will fit the 5C. This is not correct as our purchased 5/5S cover did not fit my wife's 5C. The volume decrease button was permanently depressed leading to no volume on the phone.
Verizon is offering up to $200 if you switch to their services from another provider and turn in your old phone. I asked Phil if my phone would be accepted under the condition that the on/off button does not work. He promised me it would be fine because my phone would turn off if I let the battery die. Again, this is false as the first question the submission form asks if you can turn the phone off with the power button. The appraisal for my phone went from $200 to $3. Obviously, he was incredibly misinformed.

Read moreI would suggest to not utilize this store. I have been trying to exchange my note 7 that could blow up for weeks and have got nothing but a runaround. The associates were never rude but did not help me at all with solving the issue. They kept telling me to call Samsung in which I did and Samsung kept referring me back to the store. Other stores are handling the exchange much differently. Calling/emailing customers when new devices came in to exchange. I have yet to even give them my name and because I bought the device at this store I can not exchange it at other Verizon Wireless stores. I have to call everyday to find out if a phone is available. Samsung said stores should have phones to borrow so we can return these phones and the store had no clue what I was talking about. Whether its a policy the associates are following that the company set forth (TCC) or not, I'm still left with a phone that could catch my home on fire. A phone I might add that keeps telling me to shut it down and return it because it is part of the bad batch. I was told by the associates that I could always buy another note 7 if I can't get mine exchanged before the Sept 30th deadline. How nice. Pay for the phone twice when it's not my issue. I already paid for this phone. It's between this store and Samsung. I will never shop at this store again. I will travel back to Best Buy for anything I need with my cell phone.. One star at this point...
Read moreTCC to the rescue... We shopped for a no contract SIM & Plan at the local Walmart and purchased a 'total by verizon' keep your phone sim kit and plan . The Walmart will minimally assist in verifying your handset viability and sell you the sim & plan but they no longer facilitate the activation process. (for 'total by verizon' this requires an internet connection which the Walmart only offers to folks with a Walmart account) . We drove across the parking lot to the TCC Verizon location where they were willing to help us get set up even though they did not sell us the service and SIM . They were awesome and took the time to get our SIM activated and phone working on Verizon's network . I would highly recommend this team of professionals if you are shopping for wireless services and devices as they go above and beyond . Thank you to the store staff that helped us.
