Yesterday on Sunday the 15th I entered the store an around 9:15 or 9:20 am I gathered several items to purchase I walked to the register and proceeded to purchase my items. I attempted to use my card by inserting the card into the card reader the pad said there was error I then attempted to use the tap and pay again there was a error, this is a common occurrence at quick trips I understand that those machines are use a lot ,every time that happens I just move to another card reader and that resolves the issue every time. The cashier a younger Caucasian red headed female who wears way too much mascara tried resetting the pad I then again inserted my card and got the same error. I asked the cashier to move my transaction to another pad, her response was “ you can’t use the tap and pay you need to insert the card, I then said I have been inserting it please move me to another pad she tried correcting me without ever once looking over to what was I was doing again said “ I know what sound the pad makes when your using tap and pay” I then said it also makes the same sound when there’s a error going on with the pad I told her several times I have been inserting it please move me to another pad she then rolled her eyes and finally moved me to another pad I then inserted my card and then the transaction went through. She then said to me see it worked because you inserted it. I don’t know if she’s this rude to everyone or she was intentionally trying to a confrontation but that was extremely rude and lazy. She needs some serious coaching or needs to be written up because that was unacceptable. I’ve never had been treated like that from a quick trip employee . I really think she might have been trying to make me upset and if she wasn’t her attitude needs to be corrected. Quick trip has always had high standards and that was well below there...

Today this one stuck out because of the two gentlemen behind the counter. You cannot believe how overly friendly they were. They were asking how the customers day was going, wishing them a happy Sunday, and thanking everyone for coming in. I stopped by this morning and thought that I should leave a review because it was so over the top friendly today. My 3 year old son and I were asked to leave QT parking lot by a female employee because she said that 2 separate people had told her that I had been asking for money. I (along with other patrons) was waiting in my car for my friend to get out of QT with juices and drinks. I had NEVER once asked ANYONE for money. I was in the car with my son, talking to him. She repeatedly stated that I had to leave. I am very upset at this because I was doing nothing wrong, just waiting for a friend to return from purchasing items from inside.
