We were long time customers here until our recent experience. We came in late from a vacation and wanted to grab something quick to feed ourselves before we unloaded our car. I even tried to call in the order ahead of time to hopefully make it convenient for everyone because it was close to closing time. The manager refused to take my call In order and told us we had to come to the store. We only live 5 minutes from the location, so my husband went to get the order. Because it was closer to closing time the Culver’s crew decided to go ahead and shut everything down early. ( they were all out the door immediately after giving my husband his order ) They gave him our milkshakes to him that were mostly liquid at that point , and they were larges, in a small cup carrier. So even though he was driving slow , they still spilled all over the car. The ice cream cones we got were mostly melted as well. The fries were soggy and old. We called to get this resolved and they told us they would only reimburse us for the milk shakes and that the spill in the car was his fault even though they didn’t package them well for car travel. I will never be giving my business to this place again. The manager was rude and unwilling to do anything about this. Very disappointed in customer care these days. This place should be run by adults, not children- claiming to...
Read moreI can't say enough good! Culver's in Idaho Falls and Ammon is the best, hands down. The food quality and taste is superb. It's a shame to call this fast food. It should be called a quick serve restaurant.
Management is outstanding, working alongside the crew when busy. Bathrooms and dining room are clean and well maintained .
The people serving you don't look like they're on parole (unlike elsewhere). Wholesome, clean-cut kids that have a pleasant demeanor and positive countenance. Someone you wouldn't mind babysitting your kids, just by sensing their vibe.
You just can't say that about any other restaurant and for sure fast food. If you wouldn't trust someone to babysit your kids just by looking at them, why would you want that person preparing your food?
Judgy? Absolutely. Everyone has 100% control over their clothing status, hygiene, grooming, and countenance if they are capable enough for a paycheck. And Culver's absolutely has a choice in choosing to hire certain kinds of kids who make certain kinds of choices in this regard. And I absolutely have a choice who I pay my hard earned money to.
This is a great litmus test for a quality establishment that cares about their people and customers, not just making a dime.
I can't say enough praise for Culver's and I am no question First Chair in the local Culver's...
