Subway — Restaurant in Union City

descrepincy1-employee accused me of stealing and talked to me in rude manner, " you herd me!?" "you ain't order nottin yet?"

descrepincy1-employee behind counter, not wearing anything from her hair and did not wash hands properly or at all when changing gloves or handling food.

descrepincy3-the tables were all dirty, all 3 employees in back of store conversating about personal items. there was no spot to place my computer to work even though I was a patron and paid for restaurant services.

inconclusive studies, I have seen the lack of respect for the store and the treating of its employees and patrons. the employees with age and handicap has no self control for words or who comes into his store and the finally proper healthy eating arrangements are not made. some of the lettuce was left out or old because of the browning colors and tent of red.

when receiving my food, the sandwich was a sloppy mess, the service was poor, and an item I requested from online was out and there was no notice of anything.

I would avoid coming to this location if at all possible the heavyeight person that rides around on an electric scooter all day and sits on a stool behind the counter is not polite and does not like people. he would yell at people before they had the choice to get a refill "better not get no mor but some wata ya hear me!" it was not a pleasant experience, he even called the police because I was sitting in the restaurant...

(August 26, 2017 10:25pm) Poor Customer Service. I placed an order through Uber Eats at this location. I noticed an error in my order IMMEDIATELY after i hit the icon to place the order. I called the store location IMMEDIATELY after placing my order to correct the error. The phone rang for several minutes before i could even get an answer. When i finally get an answer and explain the situation, the young man rudely says"well, its pretty much done now". I then tell him that i had been letting the phone ring back to back for several minutes starting from the time i submitted the order, (which would have been plenty of time to correct the error if i had gotten an answer). He then says " well...im the only one here". And finally concludes with "i can remake it but i dont have anymore of the bread your requested". ITS MORNING TIME...YOUVE ONLY BEEN OPEN FOR AN HOUR OR SO AND YOU ARE ALREADY LOW ON BREAD????? Smh. This guy was rude and lazy if you ask me. And to make matters worse, when i finally received my order it was NOT CORRECT! Avoid this subway location if possible. Another one is right...

TINY IS AWESOME! There is no way to truly put in word how much of an asset this young lady is to your company. She legit works alone some days and the store RUNS SMOOTHER than butter. I don’t know this girl from a can of paint. But my experiences watching her work alone and the store be CLEAN… FOOD STOCKED AND CLEAN……. And she acknowledges every customer on online pick up order while making sandwiches is mind blowing. I had to finally ask her her name to make this review. As customer we make bad reviews. But I love making good ones so the ones who deserve raises and promotions can be highlighted!!! This young lady is absolutely worth every trip. TINY!! Please keep your work ethic. Becasue it’s going...
