7 Star Wings Restaurant — Restaurant in Union City

terrible customer service if i could leave a no star review i would...my boyfriend ordered a philly cheese stake with NO ONIONS he hates onions and always makes sure to say no onions...the cashier repeated it and did the transaction.....when we got the food he looked at his sandwich and it had onions.....we thought no problem mistakes happen but these people weren't having it they did care and didn't want to do anything about it so we asked for the manager and he had the nastiest attitude about it and said we should've made sure that it said no onions...which is confusing cause we didn't have an attitude we just wanted the sandwich to be correct. so he waked away from us we asked for the manager again and after 5 minutes he came back out and said he is not making it over or refunding the money which isn't fare because we didn't touch it and basically mistakes happen but the customer has to pay for it...idk i was very upset honestly cause you loose customers that way a simple $6 sandwich you couldn't remake after your kitchen messed it up. I'd advise you go somewhere...

Usually good but I do have one huge problem. Yesterday when I was on lunch I ordered a 10 pc. Wing combo. When I got home the wings were dry and hard. Today I call to speak to a manager. I spoke with a guy who spoke with an Asian accent and he told me that he was not able to replace my order after I expressed I spent my hard earned money on food that was unsatisfactory. This I feel this is somewhat disrespect to the community in which he serves. His exact words were sorry but I can not help you. I will probably order again because as I stated the food is normally good but I honestly wish I didn’t have to after the undertone the manager I spoke with had. It was as if he didn’t care. He didn’t mention anything about policy on food brought back. I no longer trust my food will be good anymore. I had the beef philly with shrimp fried rice and a 10 piece wing, (honey hot) with fries....the philly was ok, there was plenty of meat, cheese and veggies and the bread held up well, but the philly was a little overly seasoned..but still was edible...the side of shrimp fried rice was decent as well, the shrimp was cooked right but the rice was a kind of hard..the wings were FANTASTIC...they were cooked perfectly and the honey hot sauce on it was DELICIOUS...the fries were perfectly crispy crinkle cut fries and the next time I go there, I want those same wings and fries but with a side of that honey hot sauce to pour over my fries!!..I would have given this place 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact of a little to much seasoning on the meat and the hard rice, but I'll give the chicken philly a try and I did see quite a good amount of people ordering the house fried rice, so I'll give those a try..but those...
