We have frequented this place and there has been consistently no ranch dressing. We are not refunded for it and our order has not been correct on a consistent basis. Our food has been prepared in a very poor nature. The last interaction we had with this establishment I had the manager to remake the pizzas. They were absolutely horrible bubbles hardly no toppings. They did not even add in the extra cheese that I requested and for…. The attending male, middle aged older, maybe in his 60s manager at that time redid the order did not apologize. Did not have any conversation with me… add insult to injury when he processed my order he took it upon himself to add an $11 tip without my consent when I place the order I had a zero dollar tip because of the consistency of the order is not being satisfactory now mind you when we first started patronizing this establishment we tipped we don’t mind. I went back-and-forth from February until April 1 part of April or the end of March contact in corporate calling Pizza Hut, asking for restitution and a refund of my money. The guy never returned my call. I spoke with multiple people. They said that they would handle it. They would refund it. It never was refunded the last time I spoke with that establishment a young lady who was a shift manager, tried to assist, however, another manager came to assist and all that he could do was placed a $20 credit on my account which surprisingly isn’t there before this last interaction I was placed on hold and the person that answered the phone left the phone on the counter. I sat on the phone for about an hour, and I could hear all of the conversations all of the interactions that was taking place there so needless to say we will not patronize this establishment again and I will more than likely follow a police report of theft for what has happened to my money. No one has a right to take my money that I worked for without my consent and if you are upset and feel a certain way because of the product you produced was unsatisfactory. Make sure your employees are cooking correctly and you won’t have this issue so if I decide to file a police report, I will absolutely update this review but if you are in the Union City area, do not patronize that Pizza Hut because they might steal from you if they haven’t...

It atarted when i decided on pizza and preceeded to download the Pizza Hut app. I havent used it since getting a new phone so I signed in and updated my address. I tried a couple of ways to order delivery. I tried a new order and a re-order. When trying a new order, the app would freeze and crash. When trying to re-order, it would ask me to sign in...AGAIN. THEN, a pop-up promt asked if I'd like to rate the app. Sure! I usually wont stop what I'm doing because some app developer I dont know (and who isnt paying me) wants me to donate my precious ever-declining remaining seconds alive to better his own work...but in that case, my time was already being wasted. Why not go for the kill?
Finally, I did the review and went to my PC to order which was much less difficult. Pizza came just a few minutes late. No big deal. HOWEVER, the driver arrived at my house alwith his music blaring. I could hear every word and every instance of the beat dropping on one of Future's latest tunes. #Fute! I mean, if it were daylight, he may have gotten a tip for that. Lol. But it wasnt! 😐😑 He was parked on the street over 50 ft away. That's unacceptable! I life in a quiet neighborhood where people get paranoid if you have more than 2 cars parked at your house. We jokingly call that "funny business". Anyway, it took him between 3-5 minutes to get my order together and bring it to my door. The way he rambled through the back seat, (and judging by his arrival, I thiugh he was recovering the scattered pieces of my pie from the floor from flinging it during his turn-up while he STOOD UP IN THE MOTOR AND BUSSED THE DASH, #bruh . Nope! He drove sinselibly, my food was in tact...well, the portion of the order that he actually remembered to bring. Thanks pizze hut...for the worst ever pizza experience...
Read moreCustomer service is horrible. I placed my order online at 4:30pm and was notified that my order would get to me at 5:15pm. I waited til 5:25pm to call and check on my order because it had not arrived. I was told that they had a driver out and i would be the next order picked up to deliver. I called back almost over 40 minuets and my order was still sitting there. There was a female employee that kept hanging up on me. I finally was able to talk to a male manager and he told me that he had a driver that was coming back to the store and would bring me my order. He said that the driver was 10-15 mins away and then it would take another 10 mins to deliver to me. I finally received my food around 6:40pm. The driver had my order wrong and it was stone cold. My drinks that I ordered was missing. 2 lemonades, 1 water and a Mountain Dew. The driver kept my receipt. I called this location back and was told it would take an hour for the driver to bring the items back. I called several times after the hour and was told that the driver will bring them. He never did. I finally called one more time and spoke with a manager named Amiya. The driver said he brought my drinks, which wasn’t true. I heard him talking to her while I was on the phone and said he gave me 3 drinks. Then she said her self he gave me 4 drinks. During the whole conversation she was unprofessional. She kept cutting me off and not giving me information I was asking for. I asked for the district manager’s name and number because I now want to report the rude/horrible service.
