Once you enter, you will immediately surrender your focus to endless treasures that seem never to have an end. I noticed that every inch of the wall was hidden behind hundreds and hundreds of Earth’s natural treasures. The atmosphere inside the store gives this relaxing, clean, and collected feeling that feels borderline therapeutic. In most museums, you rely on signs and info panels giving stiff, non-reactive information on the subjects you observe. But at Lionshead Jewelers, the staff is happy to personally entertain and educate you on anything you are curious about, elevating the experience of a mineral store to that of a personal art gallery tour. In response to the inaccurate reply of this shop, it’s even adamantly clear they are wrong. They chose to focus on the negative reviews that I have posted and hence only on men. Did they not see there were plenty of raving reviews of people who KNOW customer service regardless of which gender? No. They wanted to see what they wanted to see. There’s plenty of reviews on either gender who do provide exemplary service and yet they chose to hone in on this. Mind you, gaslighting the public and making inaccurate assumptions aren’t cool at all. I am only providing my honest experience at your store and which so happened that a male employee of yours treated me unkindly while I’m standing next to my partner.
