Stunningly rude and condescending, my family walked in with the intention to purchase a couple of things that caught our eyes - my parent and sibling in particular - but she looked at my sister like she was gum at the bottom of her shoe. She attempted to follow her around, going so far as to stare at her and block the exit while my sister looked at a bracelet. None of my family members exhibited any signs that could possibly incite such a reaction from this employee. Her reaction was over the top, insulting, and condescending. Warning! The store owner has a serious mental illness. I say this because she verbally assaulted me and my daughter for no apparent reason. She was screaming and calling us horrible curse words. Sticking her middle finger up at us. She physically chased us out of the store. We were so scared and shaken. We decided to file a complaint against her. We went to the safety office and file a complaint. Please please use caution shopping there. I will be getting the video of her screaming at us and sticking her finger up at us.
