Patagonia - Arrabelle — Local services in Vail

THIS REVIEW IS INTENDED FOR THE STORE BY GORCUCH. I tried to review this location but it told me I could not write a review. Employees are condescending and rude. As you walk in they yell out, “Can I help you find anything,” and before you can answer they begin telling you about how to exit the store. As I tried on a jacket I took my current one off and hung it on a rack. Within minutes a man came over and said”is this anyone’s jacket?” I looked over and said “yes it’s mine.” He said, “oh well I’m moving it, it doesn’t belong here.” He placed it on the checkout counter. Instead of being worried about me finding what I needed, he was more concerned about moving my jacket. Super appreciative of the customer service at this particular location. Laura went out of her way to help me, educated me on the ski jackets and pants. She pointed me in the right direction size wise and even took the time to look if the Vail Village location had the right size in the Untracked Pants; which they did! Really grateful for the service I experienced today. I purchased an entire new outfit and I couldn’t be more excited! I’ve always been a huge Patagonia fan, but now even more endeared to the brand. This is a Vail Resort's store, not an official Patagonia store. The woman who assisted me with my jacket that was falling apart, informed me of this and apologized that she could only give me Patagonia's customer service number. Patagonia is not the brand it once was, to me the quality is not there anymore. If it falls apart they will replace or fix it. When your pocket develops a hole and you lose a valuable item too bad. I rather have a reliable and expensive piece of gear then something trendy though. People in this store are friendly, so it...
