By far the worst Chick-fil-A there is. The owner only cares about his bottom line I ordered a total of 42 nuggets guess how many sauces I got? 10? 12? Nope 6 sauces for all those nuggets and 2 large fries hmm. Sauces must just be a sample thing but you ask them for a good few and they immediately try to sell you a bottle of sauce this is insane. Have a coupon but need to make one change to your item? No coupon now I've had other stores just tell the kitchen what to do. And then you have an issue and you can't just call the store so if you live on the other side of town and don't do a deep scan of your bag before you get there then enjoy your drive going back or the long hold online to get a replacement item on your next visit if you make it after the disappointment you just went through.at this point the owner should be ashamed of how this is ran when compared to any other store I've had to call corporate so many times over these mistakes I'm surprised he's still owner! Read moreI hate writing reviews but the unprofessionalism of this location was INSANE. I had ordered a pick up order that supposedly “didn’t show up on their end” before 10:30 and because I picked up the order after “breakfast” they would charge my card and not have my meal sitting on the pick up area. I think that’s so annoying that I have to be there for them to make my order when I purposely order before 10:30 because I want breakfast food but will make it there a little after 10:30. So basically what I’m getting at is that I get there and have nothing for my name but they of course took my money out of my bank! Didn’t apologize, just had the cashier running back and forth from the manager, didn’t have the manager come up to me ONCE and explain the situation. The kid was almost clueless as to what was happening and I felt bad for him, so basically they stole money from me for nothing they provided for me. Read moreThe food good as usual BUT I felt bad for a young guy that stood there for an hour waiting for his $300 call ahead order it was supposed to be ready at noon he told the cashier's he was there and that's where it stopped and he sat there till 1. The manager said no one told him that he was there until he finally got aggravated enough to say look somebody needs to find where our food is at everyone else is getting their food and I've called mine in way ahead of time. The young cashiers seem to be very confused every time I go in there. Something I order all the time they told me they didn't have but when I said I get it all the time then they finally found it. They have forgotten to give me my shakes until I walked right back in the doors after I walked out realizing they didn't give them to me then I had to wait another 10 minutes for them. I love going to Chick-fil-A but they need to train the cashiers better. And teach them how to notify a manager or someone of large call-ahead orders so they aren't waiting for an hour.
