This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had getting a pedicure. Me and another customer waited over half an hour past our appt times. When I was finally put at a chair I mentioned that I was supposed to have Maria as my tech and the other customer said she was also supposed to have a specific tech. The tech that was with me said that Maria would be with me shortly and then started doing my nails. I figured maybe she was just taking off my old polish but she proceeded to do the pedicure despite me trying to ask her 3 times about Maria. She ignored me every time and proceeded to rush through the service. They also rushed the other customer’s service and didn’t give her the tech she asked for. I requested the second tier pedi and she barely rubbed my legs at all and never cleaned under my nails and my cuticles still had dry skin. She was about to polish my nails despite the fact that she didn’t check for ingrowns like I asked and the nails were jagged. At this point I was fed up and told her I wanted to leave because this was not a good experience. I am not a person that usually speaks up and complains and I will usually go home with an ugly pedicure before I say anything but this was all around bad. The tech next to her, who I assume is the owner, leaned over and said that she was doing a good job and didn’t understand why I was unhappy. I explained all of the above facts and stated I would like to be done because I was not happy with their services. They tried to say that we never asked for specific techs and that I could just go because they also weren’t happy. I wish I could give them zero stars but I guess I can justify the one star since I didn’t have to pay for this awful service. Just moved to the Smyrna area and decided to try out a salon in the area so I wouldn’t have to travel far away to get my nails done and I found this place on google. Went with my husband because he wanted to get a pedicure . I got a pedicure and acrylic nails with gel polish. First the lady doing my nails was not friendly at all. Secondly I really wanted to get my pedicure and nails done at the same time so I wouldn’t have to do my feet first then my nails and take twice as much time but unfortunately that’s what happened even though they had other ladies sitting next to me who were getting both done at the same time . At first I thought maybe they had scheduled appts and that’s why but they had two other people walk in behind me with no appts scheduled and they were doing both their nails and feet at the same time. Pedicures were I guess average priced but they charged me $70 for acrylic short nails with gel polish which I thought was very expensive . I have been getting my nails done since I was a teenager and never paid that high! Even in buckhead I have never paid $70 for basic acrylic nails (short nails at that) with gel polish! Not to mention the lady took forever to do my nails . I was there almost 3 hours which is excessive . Very dissatisfied with the service and also prices . Spent $145 for 2 basic pedicures (got regular polish on my pedicure ) and a full set of acrylic nails (with gel polish ) .I did attach a picture of my nails that were $70! Ridiculous 😆 WILL NOT...

I came to this place because of all the great reviews. I called in advance and made an appt. for a manicure and to remove the dip powder on my nails. I was advised to sit down and soak my hands to remove the powder…. I’ve never been given a bowl of acetone to soak my hands/nails in, but okay I’ll go with this. After about 20 mins of soaking my hands in a harsh chemical, I notice my skin becoming dry and I start actively removing it off my nails myself. Shout out to the lady receiving a mani/pedi because she saw me doing this and advised the lady who was with her to help me remove it off my nails. I was so uncomfortable when the lady came over to assist me and She joked about me removing it. I responded, yes it was a long time to have my hands soak in acetone. I got a classic manicure (w/no color) that felt so rushed that I will end up going home to fix it myself. I’ve never had this experience at a nail salon and am honestly really sad because looking around I could see that the other patrons were really enjoying their service, and some were obviously repeat customers.
