The service was consistently bad, they didn't pick up when I called numerous times, and after I'd been covered for over a year, I was pulled over and had to go to court because they failed to file my coverage with the state. Not to mention, now that I've switched, I am paying over $100/month LESS for extremely similar coverage. This provider left me exasperated on a consistent basis. I was notified that they were going to raise my rates AGAIN if I had renewed to comply with state changes, but these additional rates and fees aren't reflected with my new provider.
