Worst Taco Bell ever. Waited for 40 minutes for a cinnamon twist and a soda. There was a girl at the counter when we walked in but the manager took her and her drawer before we could order. We thought someone would come take her place, but no one ever did. The same manager came back to the counter at least 3 times. Once to bring the drawer back, then again to take the drawer back to put it in the drive-thru, we overheard. And then again to drop a deposit. Not once did this manager even make eye contact with us or ask us if we needed help. Finally, this older guy told us we should order from the kiosk because no one was going to be at the counter. Luckily we had a card even though we wanted to pay in cash. Then it took another 20 minutes to finally get someone (who was coming back from brake, he noticed we were there waiting before his brake and still waiting after he returned)to ask us if we had been helped. Thankfully finally someone took notice. We will never return to this Taco Bell. I will go to the other store across town or go out of town to any other Taco Bell before I return. Only the young man who finally realized we were being ignored was apologetic. He even told the manager while we were standing there what had happened and she just shrugged her shoulders and still didn't acknowledge us, just walked away. Dont know her name but looked like she had blue or...
Read moreWell... Not the worst Tacobell I've ever been to but it's probably the second worst.
Service: 2/10 I watched five people get the wrong order, not including mine. Two of them were asked to pull up to the front of the building and wait for their order, just to come back in and grab a different one. It was a good 20/30 minute wait for food. Ordered inside but when they called the order they just kept repeating C, we put Clinton B down for the ticket so that was odd. There was a table that ordered as we were walking in they got half their order and then about 15 minutes later got the other half. Though clearly lacking, the staff was rather nice.
Cleanliness: 0/10 Adding pictures because WOW, we picked the cleanest spot they had, the tables were all seemingly cleaned but the floors were just gross. The bathroom was disgusting as well (this was about 11:45 a.m.)
Food: 8/10 Tasted amazing for food that seemed just thrown together. They weren't stingy on ingredients, Chipotle Chicken Wrap aside. Probably the best put-together hard shells I've seen from a taco bell, but the burritos were rather beat-up looking, and I mean looked like they had been punched...
Read moreI’ve been to this Taco Bell on and off now for about six months. I can confidently say the issue is management. Employees are not trained properly. The employees are pleasant and nice. They are not the issue.
For instance if you get one order for 3 tacos and a burrito, one order for 2 tacos, one order for a burrito. You don’t make each individual order on their own. You make five tacos and two burritos. There were six people working and all of them not together. Each person just making individual orders and one person just watching the nacho fries being cooked.
They also trick their stats by having all cars pull around the building so it looks like drive through orders are completed, but they have someone running g each individual order all the way through the dining room, down the path, to the waiting cars out front. And this person just keeps running orders in and out. I waited TWENTY MINUTES for four items and saw a minimum of 10 orders walked out front.
If I owned this Taco Bell I’d clean house with management and get someone who knows what...
