I bought a new dishwasher at Baker brothers and have them install it at my house. They saved me a house fire. My dishwasher was probably eight or nine years old and I had already fixed it myself several times the last time I ran it. It had a bit of a burning smell, and I thought maybe it was the motor or some thing. I took it out and left it for the city to pick up. All the electrical outlets and electrical panel were replaced three years ago or so I thought! Baker Brothers install guys put several new flat plugs for the dishwasher and garbage disposal so that the dishwasher would fit better twitch the counter. They noticed that the outlet had a burn mark on it and needed replacing. I am so grateful they found l it had never been replaced as it should’ve been. They saved me from a probable house fire as the outlet was already turning black. I plan to check all my other outlets to make sure that everything is replaced. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Very happy with this business! The receptionist was thorough and polite. This company will work in remote areas too, my parents live on a homestead and Baker Brothers was able to drive very far to help fix their oven. My parents highly recommended this business to me so I had them replace my 50 year old oven at my home. They were able to find a wall oven that was almost the same size as my old one so very little demo and renovation was required thank goodness. Other places I called couldn’t find ovens in that size and would have required a renovation. The technician for Baker Bros was very professional and was great at communicating! The price of the entire job with Baker Bros was the price other places were asking for only the oven without labor. They saved me a couple thousand dollars and I got a high quality appliance with installation and minimal construction.

Honestly I couldn’t have had a more perfect experience with Baker Brothers. They had the Speed Queen models we requested without any kind of obnoxious markup, and they did not charge a delivery fee! They provided NEW hoses, and only charged $20 to take our old appliances. Honestly the fact that they waived the delivery fee was our selling point. Debbie was very helpful on the phone and the gentleman that delivered the washer and dryer was friendly and helpful and quick!
