While the room was clean and breakfast was solid, serious service failures made this our worst Marriott stay of the year. I will continue staying with Marriott, but not here.||As a Marriott Gold member with 25 nights already this year, I expect a consistent level of service. Sadly, this stay was the most disappointing so far, and it was my second visit to this property.||The room was clean, breakfast was good, and the hot tub was excellent — very hot with strong jets, exactly what we needed after skiing. Those were the bright spots.||Unfortunately, the negatives overshadowed everything else. The hotel was packed with sports teams from the nearby ballfields, and kids were running through the halls at all hours. The bed in our room sagged badly on one side, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. After using the heavily chlorinated hot tub, I went to shower and found there was no body wash, only two shampoos and a conditioner. These details matter when a brand like Marriott is supposed to offer a reliable, quality experience.||The worst part of the stay was the way we were treated by staff. While quietly sitting in the hot tub, my wife and I were approached by a young woman who said she was hotel security and banquet staff. She immediately accused us of jumping the fence to use the facilities. I showed her my room key right away, but instead of apologizing for the false accusation, she kept pressing us for information and even offered a discount if we would "help" by naming who had actually jumped the fence. My wife noted it was a man, and the employee snapped that they already had footage. We pointed out a loud group of drinking adults, where it was clear the real fence-jumper was a parent of one of the youth teams staying at the hotel.||Even worse, we overheard the same employee speaking with that group, and she was far more polite and accommodating to them than she had been to us. It felt disrespectful and unprofessional.||I grew up in Wenatchee, and I understand that things can sometimes be handled differently here than in a big city. That said, Marriott is a global brand, and with that brand comes a promise of professionalism and consistency. I did not experience that here.||I will continue to stay with Marriott, but I will not return to...

This hotel was amazing and the location was gorgeous. I was eligible for an upgrade based on my status and so this review is based on that room.

Our room had a small balcony, large kitchen, and spacious bathroom, closet, bedroom and living room. It also came with an amazing view of the Columbia River.

The lady at the front desk who checked me in was extremely polite and helpful. She was new but her supervisor was there and he was extremely polite as well. Her husband is military and when she found out I was too, she was very empathetic towards our situation and pending PCS. I wish all hotels had people like her working the desk and handing out information on local dining and attractions.

They had a great heated indoor pool and a hot tub (but it was outside). The hotel was also right next door to great walking trails and a huge playground which my kids greatly enjoyed.

The only real frustration was the $10 credit which wasn’t really a credit. It had so many restrictions I ended up going with the bonus Marriott points. You can’t buy multiple items and the total for your item has to be less than $10. So you don’t truly get a credit, it’s more like a one item for free that’s $10 or less. Kinda silly in my book so I took the points.

I didn’t get a chance to check out the bar but it was usually busy and looked good. The free breakfast was really nice and had plenty of your normal offerings to choose from.

They also have a late checkout of noon which gave us plenty of time to sleep in and still let the kids play in the pool before we left. I wish we had more days to stay here because it was fantastic. I can’t speak for the standard room, but if you get a chance to upgrade or purchase the King suite, I highly recommend it.

I also recommend this if you’re looking to go to Leavenworth. This is about 15 min away and 1/3 of the price. Leavenworth hotels are way too expensive for lesser quality. Stay here and drive to Leavenworth if that’s what you’re looking to do.

We have to make one more trip through here before we PCS and I’ve already booked our...

An Absolutely Perfect Stay in a Riverside Oasis! My recent stay at the Residence Inn Marriott in Wenatchee was nothing short of perfect, deserving every one of its five stars! From the moment I arrived, the service was exemplary. The staff were incredibly welcoming, efficient, and genuinely seemed to go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable visit. Their friendly demeanor truly set the tone for a fantastic stay. The location is simply unbeatable. Nestled right by the river, my riverside room offered breathtaking views that were a joy to wake up to each morning. It felt like a peaceful retreat, yet still provided incredibly convenient access to everything Wenatchee has to offer. Whether I was exploring the local area or just enjoying the tranquility by the water, the prime spot made everything effortless. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. The beds were very comfortable. Great working AC made it perfect to come in from the warm weather. The riverside room with a kitchenette was spotless, fresh, and meticulously maintained throughout my stay. Having the well-equipped kitchenette was an absolute game-changer, making it so convenient for quick meals and snacks, adding to the feeling of a true home away from home. The housekeeping team clearly takes immense pride in their work, and it truly enhanced my overall experience. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful! It offered a fantastic variety of delicious options, ensuring a great start to each day. It was convenient, fresh, and truly added to the value of the stay. The grounds were were well maintained and absolutely beautiful! I cannot recommend this Residence Inn Marriott in Wenatchee highly enough. I'm already looking forward to...

A girlfriend and I booked a weekend at the Residence Inn by Marriott Wenatchee and loved the property! It’s fairly new, well appointed, with a wonderful staff and beautiful surroundings. We had a 1 bedroom suite that was very comfortable to stay in with a kitchenette, living room with a TV, bedroom and bath. Everything was very clean with a contemporary design. I appreciated the key by the door that turned on or shut off the electricity as we came in or left. Housekeeping was by request. Another good move to save resources. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and offered wonderful options to start your day: scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, vegetarian mini quiches, waffles, cereals, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, fruit juices, tea or coffee etc… the staff does a great job of restocking the bar and supplies. You have your choice of sitting inside or outside with a lovely view of the river and green spaces. The patio is so nice! We drove a few times to and from Lake Chelan. There’s a Tesla Supercharger in Entiat and a few EV chargers on site that made it easy to stay charged up. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property!

The property and location/view is absolutely beautiful and clean. My stay however was a bit ruined by the lack of customer service. Checkin was pretty rushed and not very welcoming which was a big turnoff. In addition , my reservation was made about 1.5 weeks in advance and I requested a top floor with a valley view. Instead I received a first floor room, I did ask for this to be fixed but only got the top floor looking at the parking lot. Knowing full well that this isn’t guaranteed I was not super upset. Yet upon checkin it was clear that there were no major events going on and there were plenty of rooms left . Given my high status with Marriott hotels as well as a full weeks notice of a two day stay , for $500 in the middle of no where , especially not even a tourist town , you’d think they would accommodate. The only reason I would come back is for the property , not the service

We stayed for 3 nights at the Residence Inn in Wenatchee. It is located very near a large park and has access to the river trail. The hotel has 5 floors, a fitness center, a decent sized indoor pool, a hot tub, a restaurant/bar (open in the evenings) and complimentary hot breakfast for guests. The rooms also have small kitchens, of which ours was stocked with service for 4, and some pots, pans and other kitchen items, and single serve coffee machine. Also, there is a dishwasher, microwave and apartment size refrigerator/freezer. Our room was clean and modern and of decent size. The bed was very comfortable, with 4 pillows. The shower had dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We really enjoyed our stay here and will seriously consider staying here again, when visiting family in Wenatchee. We felt safe here and we didn't experience any negative noise or service issues.
