I have eaten at the Buzz Inn many times halfway decent place to eat nothing special nothing great and prices seem high for what you get. I called and made a to go order when I went to pick up my to go breakfast I was charged an extra $1.50 to go for my omelette I also ordered a little side of gravy that came in a little cup that probably cost 10 cents they also charged me $1.50 for that as well for the to go order. I feel disappointed and feel like a ATM machine rather then a customer. I have eaten at the Buzz Inn for many years and have spent no joke thousands of dollars there over the last 5 plus years taking family and big groups of friends there to eat. I was told by Carmen the manager It was a corporate policy and nothing she could do in my eyes to keep a good loyal customer one would think she would have compensated me in some way or offered to atleast give me back the $1.50 for the 10 cent container of gravy they charged me for. I am no longer going to be a customer of theres anymore since they want to charge a $1.50 extra per container no matter how big or small for the to go containers for to go items seems petty I know however they keep raising their prices on their menu to where a $15 omelette a year ago now costs over 20 dollars but yet they want to charge you a $1.50 per container on top of everything else now for to go items they just lost a good customer and a lot of money over charging $1.50...
Read moreThe food was horrible and the service was less than prompt. We sat down and waited a good 5 minutes before the bartender, who was gossiping about coworkers with another coworker noticed we were there. Mind you, you cannot enter this room without everyone in the room knowing you are there. She brought us menus and our drinks but then left the room for 15 minutes before coming back to take our food order. I ordered a salmon Caesar salad which was inedible. The dressing was awful, and my salmon was BEYOND overcooked. I ordered mashed potatoes on the side with sour cream and butter which there was so much of that my potatoes were cold, not jus not warm, but cold. My husband ordered the coconut shrimp which was okay but isn't either of our favorites but they didn't have any other options. There was a clearly very intoxicated guy who came into the bar who should have not been served but was served more alcohol even after the bartender let him know he was "probably" already overly drunk and he proceeded to talk very loudly saying terrible things about people in his family for everyone to hear. Would not go back if I was offered...
Read moreNormally we love it here, but the past two visits were underwhelming. We came in for lunch ordering a cheeseburger and chicken Caesar Salad wrap. Normally we are served within 10-15 minutes, but after 30 minutes we had to inquire about our food, because we were limited on time due to being on an hour long lunchbreak and it wasn't busy, so we didn't understand why it was taking so long. The server said she would check, then came back and said a mistake was made and they had to redo my wrap. We heard a sound like fries were being dropped after our inquiry, making us wonder if our order was submitted at all, but the server seemed to avoid us until the food was ready, and failed to bring us napkins. This was also the first time we were not asked if we wanted our drinks refilled. The biggest issue was the fact that the server didn't seem to take responsibility for the mistake and we don't think she was altogether truthful about what happened, nor was she bothered by it. I had to box up my lunch because there was no time to eat after that. No more lunches at The...
