In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in West Covina

The service is friendly, the food is good quality like every other in and out however the wait time has to be the worst in a radius of 30 miles around this eastland center location. I have to pass by this area on the way home from my class every night at 11:00 pm, and I also used to live 3 minutes away from this location. I’ve been here and to just about every in and out location in the 626 area but this one always takes the cake no matter what time of day you’ll be waiting a good 20 minutes for your food. Like right now for example, I got here at 11:38pm and I had enough time to roll a blunt, smoke it, reply to a list of emails, and write this review hoping this location can fix this service. It’s now 12:05am and I finally made it to the first window to pay. I will usually avoid this in and out and make the extra few miles to the one on grand towards the 210 or the San dimas location. The order takers are always pleasant, and for the better part, the cashier's are too. But there's one chick here (Redlands) who this was my second irritating interaction with. The first time, the order takers CONFIRMED that I wanted a large beverage but apparently still put in a regular. When I stressed that at the window, her RBF response remained, "do you want me to go ahead and charge you for a large?" No b!$@#, I want y'all to get my order right, and then apply some common customer service sense when it's f&$#3d up!

Today, she just gave her normal RBF look when we asked her for 3 additional boxes. Umm...if I order 4 damn burgers to eat in the car, perhaps it should come with 4 freaking boxes. I swear in all my life of In and Out visits, this is the ONLY place I have encountered a RUDE and disinterested In and Out worker. Ugh. Fire her NOW before she brings down your value!

I've been going to this one for a long time and I don't think I've ever had issues.

As in many other in n out, they have an order taker before you get up to the order area. It goes smoothly and pretty quick considering it's made to order. Employees are courteous and I must say they are the epitome of the typical in n out employee.

This one is highly recommended.

If you you exit the e/b 10 freeway at Barranca Av, it'll dump you off on Garvey Av. Go w/b on Garvey past the stop light at Barranca and then make a quick right turn into the parking lot.

If you're going w/b on the 10 fwy, exit Barranca Av and make a quick left turn. Then it's s/b on Barranca Av to Garvey Av to the first St (over the freeway), then a quick right turn on Garvey Av. A little drive w/b on Garvey Av then you're there.
