I originally used Richard for some toilet plumbing issues, which he helped resolve on a timely basis and was very professional. In the middle of the evening recently, my wall pipes started humming like a banshee and the only way to stop it, was to leave a spigot on. I contacted Richard very early the next morning and he responded quickly and he was at the house within an hour. He determined what the issue was, but needed a part. Within an hour, he had it and contacted me that he was on his way back to install. When he got to the house, there was a massive rain storm. The area he had to work was right under an eave that poured water on him. During the entire storm, he worked on the problem and solved it before the weather let up. We had an emergency when a pipe connected to the tankless water heater burst and started flooding the backyard. My tenant was panicked and didn’t know what to do, so I called Richard right away. He answered immediately and was able to come out on short notice, which I really appreciated.

Once he got there, he quickly figured out the issue, explained everything clearly, and gave helpful suggestions. He also noticed that the tankless water heater needed servicing and was able to take care of that during the same visit. He even sent photos and videos of everything before and after the work.
