I placed an order online and for some reason I was charged 25$ instead of the 14$ that was on the online receipt, I called to ask what had happened and what I could do (since this has never happened before) and when I explained on the call the answer I got from Susan was "The app is on your phone, it's your phone, it's your card and so is the order so there's nothing we can do, this is your problem and you probably pressed 2x on the items" 🤡 cute and sweet as a rock on the head! I just called to ask for help, a manager should set an example and be polite! "Unfortunately I can't help you because it's an online order we don't have access to, you can proceed with xxxxxx" this is the correct way to answer someone who is just asking for help and not asking for a horse kicking! I got through the call center where they were polite and solved my problem without being rude. If you're not having a good day, I wish God bless your heart and take that bitterness out of your heart, and if you're having a bad day please go home because nobody deserves to be treated like...
The lady they have at the drive thru needs to be removed. I went in earlier today and she was the rudest person. She had one of the nastiest attitudes. And when I asked a questions, she rudely responded. I go to this Starbucks frequently and she was just very unpleasant. Very unprofessional, you could tell she does not like her job. When I finally went through the drive through window asking who the lady was taking orders the kid at the drive through window ignored me and pretended to not understand English. I asked for a manager and the lady that came was the women that was very unpleasant in the drive through. She stated that she was the assistant manager and that her manager wasn’t there, which I of course didn’t believe. I just couldn’t believe they would have such a character as an assistant manager. She could careless when I let her know that she was very rude and her attitude was very unpleasant. Read moreAs someone else who works in the food and beverage industry I really don't aim to clock others for how they do their job.... however there is MAJOR difference between the 2 drinks here. I ordered a green iced tea and I was handed a lemonade. I asked the barista if this was green tea and looked right at me and they said YES.... clearly it is not green tea and they kept looking at me like I was wrong but clearly THEY HAVE 0 KNOWLEDGE OF THEIR OWN PRODUCT. The is the first and most important thing is to know your product and they failed horribly. I would never serve my customers a drink or food that didn't match what they ordered. I've been a barista for 5 years at Starbucks in thr past so either this company is encouraging now their baristas to not care or this location (not my first bad experience) is just not good.
