On 8/16/2025 around 3:59pm I had ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso no cinnamon and if they can stir for me please, and the lady said okay I’ll make you an ice caffe late! I was like NO don’t change my item it’s not what I’m ordering and she continues saying that supposedly her system doesn’t let her put “stirred” I told her other stores are able to put “stirred” so as I proceed to pay, they handed my coffee it looked like pure MILK and cinnamon! Mind you I am allergic to cinnamon!!! I said it has cinnamon and the guy said “how do you know ? How can you even tell”?! And I was like look it’s everywhere… he rolled his eyes on me and took it back and the girl with septum piercing and black glasses black hair gave me the dirtiest look… I should had requested a refund instead because when they handed me my new remade drink, my drink was warm! Read moreThis location has got to be one of the SLOWEST & RUDEST locations I’ve EVER been to. I thought that maybe my 1st visit there, was a bad morning for the staff. Took them 20 minutes for one drink and pastry. The blonde barista with long hair, stood around and talked shit about not caring whether people waiting long for their drinks. Fwd to today, 7 wks later, same thing. There was a barista, short, curly, black hair, with makeup like Poppy’s. Stood around with drinks in her hand while talking to her peers. A customer approached her about the drinks and politely asked for a straw. Never once did she make eye contact with him. She continued to tell to her buddy. Twice he thank her and all she did was walk away. EVERYONE standing around noticed. We all looked at each other in disbelief. Read moreI have had a lot of bad experiences with this Starbucks particularly as well as my coworkers that order here. I come here often enough to know it’s more than just a bad day for them. I order on the mobile app and it’s always a ridiculous long wait when the order should be prepared. My order has been wrong multiple times where I had to waste my time and go back for them to fix it. I’ve ordered breakfast sandwich that were still cold. I also want to point out that on the app it says that they are always out of stock and it prevents you from ordering however when you go into the store your able to order it so that means someone isn’t managing their inventory properly. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but after too many times of them messing up my order or not being prepared, the service has been consistently inadequate and management should look into ways to create more efficiency...
