Phở Whittier — Restaurant in Whittier

We called in an order for a Large chicken pho and we were given 10 minutes for it to be ready. We get there earlier and our pho had been sitting on the "pick-up" table already but it's a Small order. So the waiter takes the wrong one to the back and brings out a Large in less than 5 minutes (suspicious but okay, no big deal) we pay and when we get home to finally have dinner the noodles AND the chicken are stone cold. Cold as in it just came out of a refrigerator! This was the result of them rushing it after they got the order wrong and forgot to put the noodles and chicken in the microwave to heat up which is disgusting to begin with so it was a slip up on their part for rushing. So I call and the person that answered tries to give an excuse and saying that it was our fault because we picked it up late since the broth starts to get cold after a few minutes and he suggests that I heat it up in the microwave at home (the audacity) Then I asked him why would you give us a time of 10 minutes then and we even got there earlier than that?... We were frequent customer but not anymore after this bad mistake, terrible customer service and unsanitary inconvenience all for a...

The food here is sooooo delicious you won't believe it. Why 4 stars not five you ask. Well even though the food comes first in my book cause taste is everything right, well the next thing is cleanliness and believe me this place is sparkling clean ceiling to floor along with their restrooms and an A for their kicthen but here it comes,, I also like a friendly welcome with a smile,, it wouldn't hurt to smile at your costumers and keep an eye on your costumers table Incase we need something more. I do continue to go to eat here,,, basically because of the delicious food and if you can over look the frowns and being somewhat ignored I would still recommend this Pho restaurant very highly but only on the merit of the delicious food served here .. oh just one more thing,,, the parking,,well good luck finding a parking place,, it's always full,, but you can always park across the street at the mall,, it's worth the walk my follow foodie. Hope you brave the bad parking and the frowns and try it cause who knows you might get someone who is not so sad....

I recently visited Pho Whittier and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious everything was. We ordered the #1 pho, and the broth was incredibly rich and flavorful, with tender cuts of meat that really stood out. It’s the kind of bowl that warms you up instantly and makes you want to finish every last drop.

We also tried the egg rolls and dumplings, and both were excellent—crispy, golden, and full of flavor. They came out hot and fresh, and honestly, they’re a must-try if you visit.

On top of the great food, the staff was attentive and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant itself has a pleasant, comfortable atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a meal with friends or family.

Overall, Pho Whittier is absolutely worth the visit. Between the delicious pho, the crispy sides, and the great service, this spot definitely deserves...
