I can not believe what happened. I have had the most uncomfortable situation ever. After realizing my room was clearly DIRTY and had USED AMENITIES I go to the reception and explain the situation. The receptionist says the room will be cleaned while I’m away (as I have agreed with that). I come back to see the same dirty room. Everything escalated when ERNESTO (the receptionist) talks to me in the most rude and indifferent way possible. He tells me it’s not his problem and asks me if I want him to close the entrance doors and let people out of the hotel for him to come help me clean my room as he is alone on this shift. He gives me attitude for complaining for a room that is dirty. After a long conversation, raising voices and dealing with his unbelievable sass the conclusion is he will move me and my partner to another room. We move to a much smaller and non soundproof room. We find more hairs and dust… we are talking to the manager tomorrow… I’ve never been treated so unfairly by anybody. So unprofessional and rude, I can’t believe this is coming from a receptionist. I’ve been a receptionist myself for years…

turns out that his name is SEBASTIAN and that he told me he was called Ernesto

FINALLY - The manager did not show up, we talked through the phone. He apologized and asked me to send an email. I don’t think he took this matter seriously. We had to pay half of the price of our room… this is...

We stayed here for a week of meetings. The corporate culture of this hotel was noticeable from the moment we checked in: staff seemed happy, were very good at what they did, had a desire to make us feel comfortable and at home, and the training to know how to do it.

Several people provided services that were above our high expectations. Among others: Yaneli — in the housekeeper staff — went above and beyond with her caring service and her desire to accommodate us AND take care of what we needed after a long international trip. Whatever they are paying her, she deserves a raise!

Mari was the housekeeper on the 8th floor where we stayed. It wasn’t just her great work ethic but also her delightful demeanor.

Micaela in the breakfast area. I don’t know how she dealt with being pulled simultaneously in many directions yet responding to my needs as if I was the only person on the planet. Muchas gracias!

Congratulations to whoever has hired these...

Let's start with positive impressions. The hotel has very nice foyer, friendly front desk and good location. Our room was spacious with many comfort points like the bed and armchairs. Convenient table and office chair, universal plug. Bedsheets were clean and pillows comfortable. Now the negative ones. Awfully slow Wi-Fi that kept disconnecting. The toilet smelled urine. The seat was missing a screw and the other screw was barely holding it, with yellow stain (most probably dry urine). The sink water was evacuating very slowly, because the drain pipe was squished In several spots. I reported the problems (except the smell thinking it was just an omission) to the front desk and was promised to have the problems fixed. When we came back in the evening nothing was done. The toilet seat or the floor...

Very nice hotel, not too expensive, spacious rooms in an excellent location. Breakfast is varied and very good, and the lobby looks modern and comfortable. My first impression of the reception staff was not very good, they seemed distant and not very willing to help. The next time I went they recognised me and seemed friendlier, but they still need to smile a bit more... Update: I've been there a couple more times, the location is excellent. The staff are friendlier now they know me more. Food for dinner is OK, nothing too fancy, but prices are according. Only bad thing is the smell from the pipeline.
