Definitely agree with other reviews here about not being a 4-star hotel. This is a 3-star hotel tops. The staff is not friendly and they blame their peers for issues presented, not the response we want when on vacation. I don’t work for the hotel so I don’t care about the process to fix your internal communication. The manager was on PTO so nobody to take charge. I got his card to complain after my stay. No sense at all. The bathroom was ok, the deco is old but clean, however night after night I’ve noticed that the shower wasn’t being cleaned. I found my own hair from the night before on the walls. Also, one of the towels had traces of old stains so they were not well washed.

And when checking out, I asked to be shown the posnet to check the number entered before positioning my credit card and the guy got offended and told me I wasn’t in Argentina so I wasn’t going to get robbed. I’m from Argentina and definitely not going back to that hotel.

The location is fine. A lot of restaurants around, safe area and it's a 2 blocks walk from the coast. It's far from downtown or the port. If you want to walk there, it's a 1-hour walk.

Ah! The parking only fits small cars or you'll definitely get scratches. You need to be a very good driver...

Wir waren nur 2 Nächte im Hotel und haben auf die Putzkolone verzichtet. Das Hotel hat Blick zum Meer, aber es sind noch ein paar Häuser dazwischen, man sieht nicht wirklich viel vom Meer.|Das Zimmer wirkt ausreichend sauber, besondere Orte wie die Tür werden nicht ordentlich geputzt, die Reinigung beschränkt sich auf das, was man selbst auch einmal pro Woche reinigen würde. Beim Auszug werden aber sogar die Matratzen aus den Betten genommen. Das Bad ist sauber, manchem merkt man an, dass nicht alles neu ist (ausgebesserte Stellen an der Wand), aber das stört nicht weiter.|Die Twin-Suitefür 2 bis 3 Personen hat 3 normale Betten.|Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, da wird auch rasch eine Adresse im Internet rausgesucht, wenn man Hilfe braucht.|Es gibt morgens ein sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbüfett mit Obst, verschiedenen Nachspeisen wie Pudding, Milchreis, Wackelpudding, Cerealien, einen Sandwichtoaster und einen Toaster zur Selbstbedienung und verschiedene regionale Brotsorten/Croissants, außerdem eine salzige Speise, 5 verschiedene Aufstriche (süß) und eine Wurst-/Käseplatte in der landesüblichen (geringen) Auswahl, Rührei mit Speck. Ein Wasserkocher sorgt für Tee, außerdem gibt es Kaffee, Orangen- und Karottensaft, alles sehr gut und ausreichend. |Nachmittags gibt es auf Kosten des Hauses einen Nachmittagssnack (von 17 bis 19 Uhr) mit 2 bis 4 unterschiedlichen Gebäcken (salzig und süß), je nachdem, wann man kommt, Kaffee, Tee, Wasser mit Zitronen-/Orangenscheiben. Zwei solche Wasserspender stehen im Eingangsbereich.|Im 11. Stock gibt es eine Sonnenterrasse, eine Sauna und einen Fitnessbereich, das haben wir aber alles nicht ausprobiert.|Wir haben mit dem Personal Spanisch gesprochen und nicht getestet, welche Fremdsprachen sie beherrschen.|Tipp: Der Bus DM1 bringt einen vom Flughafen fast direkt zum Hotel (Straße 21 de septiembre aussteigen, 2 Blocks muss man laufen) und kostet zurzeit 55 Pesos pro Person (das sind ca. 2,50 Euro). Geldwechseln am Flughafen kostet 10 % mehr als in der Stadt, man sollte also nur das wechseln, was man für den Bus/das...

This hotel is conveniently located just a block from the seafront. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with quiet air conditioning and a fridge. The bathroom is a good size, with excellent hot water and strong water pressure.

The 24/7 reception is staffed by friendly and helpful team members, day and night. Breakfast is enjoyable, though it could use more fresh fruit options.

The gym is clean and well-maintained, but it would benefit from having a decent set of dumbbells. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance of numerous restaurants and grocery stores.
