Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs!

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was in an unbelievably bad condition – no ventilation, horrible air conditioning, and a broken toilet. The shower was dirty, old, and barely functional.

After complaining to the staff, they moved us to another hotel, but it was just as bad as the first one! The toilet and shower were in a terrible state, the door couldn’t even close properly, and they even forgot to provide a ceiling! It was an absolute disaster.

To make matters worse, no compensation was offered for this awful experience. This was easily one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. I strongly advise against...

Arrived late at night and just collapsed without checking the room. We nicknamed it Faulty Towers. First room, described as a suite, had a broken toilet seat and broken shower. No lightbulbs in the communal staircase and trip hazard at the top of the stairs. Moved rooms, the second one whilst slightly better had a broken headboard and sink not properly attached to the wall. Breakfast was Ok, but it was the same each day and items weren't replaced if the early birds guests took them. Only the view from the terrace to recommend it. Service wasn't great, they forgot to order the taxi on our departure, caught our train by the skin...

Very bad hotel, DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, we came from khiva with a train in the evening( we wrote for the hotel twice that we are coming late ar the evening), came to the hotel and the receptionist told us that there are no rooms for us, he suggested to go to other hotel which dont have a terrace and for the same price. We negotiated for some time but it was impossible. We had to find another hotel, it was midnight and we had heavy luggage with us. Gladly, we found another hotel with better price, the same terrace view from rooftop and half cheaper than this SCAMER HOTEL. THIS IS THE WORST...
