Disappointing Experience - Poor Management and Service
I arrived at the hotel at 10 AM and was informed that check-in would be available at 1 PM. I waited patiently until 1 PM, but the room was not ready. I went out and tried calling the hotel at 1:30 PM, but no one answered. Finally, they allowed me to check in only after 2:30 PM.
The next morning, starting at 9 AM, the electricity and water were cut off. The staff assured me everything would be fixed by noon, so I extended my stay for another day. However, by 5 PM, there was still no electricity or water. My phone battery was nearly drained, I couldn’t shower, and I wasn’t able to rest properly. With my flight scheduled for the next morning from Samarkand, I asked the staff when the water would be restored, but they said it was beyond their control. As a result, I had to leave for Samarkand without staying for the second night.
Additionally, they failed to provide me with the proper registration document upon checkout and later sent it via Telegram with the wrong date. Despite not staying the second night due to the lack of basic amenities, they still called me and asked for payment for that day.
This hotel seems to be focused solely on collecting money and shows no regard for guest comfort or service quality. I would not recommend...
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I found a room listed on Booking.com at a very reasonable rate, so I decided to go directly to the hotel and ask about booking it. However, once I arrived, they completely refused to honor the price shown online. Instead, they quoted me a rate that was six times higher than what was listed.
It became clear that they are advertising low prices online just to attract guests, and then once you're at the hotel, they put you in a situation where you feel stuck with no other option. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is extremely unprofessional and unethical.
Be very cautious before booking here. I would strongly recommend confirming with the hotel directly in writing before making any travel plans, or better yet, choose another hotel that is transparent and honest with...

But when we were in the hotel at around 11 pm, they said that the rented out the room to another group of tourists (Uzbek way of doing business, being opportunistic rather than keeping promises) and offered us a way worse room in ANOTHER hotel as a replacement which we refused.
