This is actually a great place, which would have deserved the full points. Location, facilities, terrace, beds are great. Also the staff, especially Otabek is a great person and support. Unfortunately the female owner (supposedly) that runs the hotel tries many methods of getting as much money out of the pocket of its guests as possible. Trying to put pressure to buy and book everything via the hotel is not an inviting approach. Best comes last, she washed the laundry and wanted 60 dollar, yes SIXTY dollar for it. I have been in 90 different countries and that does not even come close to anything charged before, not even at Hilton in Tokyo, that would have been charged. Very tricky, beggining with the room - she try to give us another smaller room. We manage to receive the room that we booked, after that , she change money at a lower price than usual. It seems for the most hotels in Uzbekistan training of the staff is needed. Breakfast is good but no good coffee. Chairs at the breakfast area are very odd. One need realy to manouver around the chairs in order not to heart youself! I would highly recommend the owners to replace them with ordinary chairs. WiFi functions extremely pure!
