Golden Line Hotel, Da Nang – A Memorable Stay
I recently stayed at the Golden Line Hotel in Da Nang, and it exceeded my expectations in several ways. Here's my detailed review:
Location: The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from the beach and close to several restaurants and cafes. It's also within easy reach of key tourist attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring Da Nang.
Rooms: The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern. The decor had a fresh, contemporary vibe, and the beds were very comfortable. My room had a great view of the beach, adding to the overall experience. The bathroom was spotless, with all necessary amenities provided.
Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. From check-in to check-out, they were always ready to help with a smile. They provided useful tips about local attractions and even helped arrange transportation when needed. The only bad thing was they were only accepting cash not card!
Amenities: The rooftop pool was a highlight of my stay. It offered stunning views of the city and was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The hotel also had a well-equipped fitness center and a spa, both of which were excellent.
Dining: The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, catering to both Asian and Western tastes. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the dining area was well-maintained.
Value for Money: Considering the amenities and service, the hotel offers excellent value for money. It feels like a luxury stay without a hefty price tag.
Conclusion: Golden Line Hotel in Da Nang is a great choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Whether you're visiting for leisure or business, this hotel is sure to make your stay enjoyable. I highly...
Read moreFront desk was friendly, doorman was friendly Sometimes the cleaning service cleans early, when they don’t I call the front desk and they tell me they usually don’t clean until after 2pm so some disconnect there. But they really don’t clean. They may sweep the floor but don’t really do much else. Floors are icky and dirty, we usually try to treat the hotel we stay at as our home and don’t wear shoes but our feet gets sticky and dirty quite easily. We got the view of front of the hotel, my brother got a view of the beach, didn’t matter to me either way. Location is pretty good I would give them points for that. They don’t accept card so if you’re expecting to see pay with card go elsewhere. Front desk only accepted cash only, and only in VND. I find that a bit sketch and would have preferred to know that up front when booking. We looked around after booking here and found better reviewed hotels with the same pricing so look around. Bathtub in my room were designed so high that you have to step in and out of could be dangerous for the elderly to take a shower in. Next time when visiting Da Nang I would look elsewhere. Also weird loud sounds at night not soundproof. I didn’t dare open my door to find out. AC in our rooms were working great so I’ll give them points for that. The lobby ac is not always on fyi. We are near a 24/7 market on the corner (make a left as you...

Bad: The rooms had a stench from the moment we entered. Shower head was on its last thread with most holes having no water force. We had booked 2 rooms and one of the rooms had a broken kettle as well. Utterly terrible and disappointing. The worst part of it all was we had to pay an extra 450,000 vnd because they said we used the hair dryer for too long which caused their cup holder to be deformed. However they are the one who fixed the hair dryer right above the holder. Lastly, we had told them during the booking itself, that we are vegetarians. Yet, there was no vegetarian food everyday. Stale bread, eggs, and dry fried rice which we had to custom req was our meal for x3 days. Food was generally not fresh at all.
Final: Avoid this hotel at all costs, they will have defects in their rooms and ask you to pay for...
