I stayed here three nights. I initially wanted to give them two stars, but their manager really wanted to resolve the issue and make sure we had a good experience. You have to tell the manager though! He is only there during the day. The rooms were spacious and the view was nice, but the food could use improvement to prevent food born illness. They need to cook and wash all their food fully since foreigners can get sick easily. Here is my experience.
Our first day experience was not a very good one. We arrived at 11 am so we knew our rooms would not be ready when we checked in, i gave my local number so they would text me when the room was ready. We waited in the lobby and rooftop bar. We got some delicious carbonara.
It was 2:10 pm and i still did not get a text message so i went downstairs only to find out that her room had already been ready for the past 30 minutes, but they couldn’t find us. I asked if they had texted me and they apologized for they had forgotten because they got very busy. When we got to the room, our blanket covered did not seem clean and there was a dirty spot and pen mark on it. The front desk was very quick to resolve it and they replaced the blanket. We went the gym, which was spacious and had air conditioning. It was just a little dirty and outdated.
Later afternoon, we got a nice plate of welcome fruit.
For dinner, we decided to order room service. I should have known better than to order the beef burger or western food but since the carbonara was good this morning, I thought I would give their beef burger a try. The burger arrived, and it was huge and looked delicious but after several bites, I noticed that the meat was raw The burger was not cooked all the way through. They also had ham in it. This was not listed on the menu. I am pregnant and am careful not to eat any deli meats or raw meats. I was anxious and worried about getting sick from the raw meat all night. I called the front desk and they immediately tried to resolve the issue. However, I did not trust there burger anymore and so I opted for a carbonara like I had in the morning. This time the carbonara had onions and was missing the mushrooms. The menu specifically stated that the ingredients in the carbonara were cream, mushrooms, bacon, Parmesan this time the carbonara that I got did not have any mushrooms or Parmesan, but instead it had a lot of onions. It was terrible and onions make me feel sick. Needless to say, i could not eat that either. I did not want to return the food again and upset kitchen staff, but I felt like their evening chef did not know how to cook a burger or make carbonara correctly. It was very disappointing.
The bed is also on the firm side.
Positive side, the guest relations officer was very helpful in getting us our tickets, planning our days, and even getting us a discount! They had good, fast wifi, and good interior amenties. All that makes up for the negative...

Traveling with a toddler recovering from the flu after a long journey from California is no small feat, but Subeo made sure every detail was taken care of to ease our concerns. She arranged for non-slip bath mats, a humidifier a delightful fruit plate, and even coordinated an airport shuttle to make our transition seamless. Her thoughtfulness didn’t stop there—she checked in on us daily, offering tailored recommendations and support to ensure we made the most of our trip. Her kindness and attentiveness truly set the tone for an unforgettable stay.
We were fortunate to arrive just in time for the Thanksgiving celebrations and the hotel’s magical Christmas tree lighting ceremony The festive atmosphere was incredible, and the staff ensured we felt part of the joyous holiday spirit, even though we were far from home. It was a beautiful and memorable touch that added to the warmth of our experience.
The Haian Hotel itself is a gem. Situated in a prime location, it offers the perfect blend of excitement and relaxation, with vibrant nightlife just steps away and the beach conveniently located across the street. For our large family of six, the three-bedroom penthouse was a dream come true—spacious, luxurious, and the only one of its kind on the beach strip. It allowed us to stay together comfortably while enjoying breathtaking views and premium amenities.
The breakfast buffet was another highlight—delicious, diverse, and incredibly convenient, especially for families. The hotel's location also made it easy to explore the best of the region, with access to Hoi An, the stunning Linh Ung Pagoda, and the enchanting Ba Na Hills just a short trip away.
What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional service. Subeo's dedication, empathy, and professionalism made our stay not just enjoyable but genuinely special. She is a shining example of world-class hospitality, and her efforts ensured that we felt cared for at every turn.
If you’re planning a trip to Vietnam, Haian Hotel is the perfect place to stay. Between its prime location, luxurious accommodations, festive celebrations, and remarkable staff, it’s an experience that will exceed your expectations. Thank you, Subeo, for making our visit unforgettable! We’ll...

What makes this a good hotel to stay is the ATTENTION from the STAFF.
SERVICE ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ A bunch of ☆'s!!
Although there were some slight mishaps I had a very good experience here and I would stay here again. What makes this a good hotel to stay is the ATTENTION from the STAFF. They were curtious and nice and involved in making sure my stay was as good as they could make it.
I had booked for two nights but had to check out due to it being fully booked. However, on the day I was to check out my sleep was disturbed by hammering from the room above. One would think if one is in the business of providing sleep for people one would Not hammer before 12 at least. However, I called the reception desk and they took care of it after a few minutes. When I went to check out I was offered to stay longer and sleep a little more, which I did. Because of this I knew that if I had issues of any sort the staff would do thier best to take care of the situation. So I returned for this reason.
Upon my return I made arrangements with their help to stay for a whole week in the same room. Although there were other minor inconveniences mostly noise related since the alarms were being tested, each time the staff came up with something to make it up to me, including my finding a fruit basket in my room when I returned, it was such a nice surprise!!
Another nice perk of staying here is complimentary afternoon tea between 2 & 4 PM. There's a choice of tea or coffee and a small assortment of fruits and baked goodies. Such a nice treat!
Also, the pool is in the rooftop and the hotel is located directly across the street from the beach so it's a very nice view.
Vevienze, Meagan, Subeo, (I'm sorry!! I know I'm misspelling your name) and Hana were all very helpful with any queries I had. They went as far as spending the necessary time with me to make sure I got a discount with the Grab app including doing the math, calling laundry places since the place of business didn't speak English and even the young man in the hallway was all to happy (and quick) to hand the towel I had requested. These people will make you feel special and welcome. You won't regret it.
Personally, I thought the room could use some minor improvements such as better quality pillows and real black out curtains. Regardless, I would stay here again.
Meagan, Subeo, Vivienze, Hana, and All the great staff, thank you so much for being so kind and so nice to me. You're all truly special and I wish you...
