Black mold in all of the air conditioners. Made me sick for 5 days just from inspecting multiple rooms and having it blow on my face. The mold is bad and will make you sick. No receptionist instead they employ an elderly security gaurd to check people in who doesn’t speak any English. A woman who did speak English came but left before saying anything to me whom I later talked to on the phone. When trying to find a different room without mold the elderly man let me into someone else’s room and failed to noticed their stuff, I had to point out that it was occupied. They ended up refunding me which I appreciate. It’s not ok to let mold grow in your AC units! Ruined my time in da nang as I had no energy...

Impressed with our stay here. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. A comfortable bed, hot shower, fast Wi-Fi, and amazing pillows.
