HUMMER HOTEL & APARTMENT — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

Not good. We checked in after a long journey and we’re welcomed by hairs in the bed and in the rooms. Still crumbs on the table from the previous people, an awful smell and many weird stains everywhere especially on the sofa. Thankfully the staff was nice enough to accommodate and put us in a different room for the night and in the end changed us rooms. But the cleaning is really a major problem and the furniture is just messed up. Our sofa was full of black stains we had to use a duvet to cover it to be able to sit on it. Also if you have a room with no view you get a super loud noise from whatever machinery there is downstairs. Also the pool didn’t seem very well taken care of it’s pretty old and rusty and there was only a couple of very rusty chair skeletons to sit on up there. For the price you can find much...

This place wouldn't bother you with too much service, but overall is a really good option for this price. The rooms are quiet (even though I'm pretty sure we had some noisy neighbors, so the walls must be thick) and dark, perfect for sleeping in. The internet is quite strong, I had to work there and it was enough for video calls. Some minor things I didn't enjoy: they have a notice about charging people for stains on sheets, yet the sheets were a bit stained, clean though. They provide shampoo, gel, a bunch of other stuff that I didn't really need like comb and q tips, but don't give you any soap (I specifically asked for it,...

Hi again. I did enjoy my stay and it exceeded my expectation. The room is of a good size and I had a good night sleep. Nice bed and very clean sheets, pillows soft.I had to commend the girls at reception who have ready smiles whenever you pass by the area. Even with their limited English knowledge, they exert effort to help you.
