New Sky Hotel — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

I can't put 0, but if I could they should have 0. Booked yesterday to check in today.and this morning received a message saying they couldn't accommodate me and I had to cancel. I turned up at the hotel to speak with them but after spending 10-15min in reception no one came, even if I rang the bell. I ended up cancelling and leaving. The hotel looked dirty and messy from the reception, so I am guessing the rooms are the same or worse. I'm lucky I didn't have to end up there!...

We stayed 10 nights in this hotel. The room was small, but had a big wardrobe so it was not an issue. The location was excellent, it is an easy short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. The service was outstanding, this is a friendly local hotel. They have limited English but they always went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. It is a local hotel so be prepared to have a wet bathroom, or Asian...

The location is great, just 5 mins walk to the beach and the hotel is located in the main town. That is the only good part about this hotel.

The rooms are bad, dirty, NO HOT WATER and the owner is very irresponsible.

The towels were dirty, the bed was bad and smelly, the bathroom was not clean.

There are mould spiders and spider webs in the bedroom. Bad experience.
