Kangaroo Bar & Burger — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

As an Aussie, I think I am qualified to write this review bout the Aussie Burger. I cam here with high expectations after reading the reviews, and already having an Australian Burger feed in Da Lat earlier in our trip which blew me away. I thought "perhaps Vietnam can do Aussie burgers right"... I was mistaken.

Paid 160K for an Aussie Burger. Overall I gave this review a 4 star as I'm not going to trash the place but the Burger was missing one "key" ingredient to call it an Aussie burger, Smokey BBQ Sauce. In fact any sauce would have helped as it had none. Also while the beef patty was thick and Juice, it lacked any flavor as it was not seasoned at all..

My partner had the cheese burger and pretty much felt the exact same way, Patty was bland and burger lacked any sauce. The Wedges were nice. Cooked perfect, fat and tasty...

My advice to the owner is to take this advice on board. Add a Smokey BBQ sauce to the burger and season your patty with at a minimum Pepper and salt.... Your portion size is good and the presentation is great, Just perfect the flavors and you...

Tasteless burger patty. ..but chief seems to of killed it with way too much HP or A1 sauce ( Burger seems to or been boiled didn't seem like a grilled or even properly fried burger patty) ..also excessive water left the burger and saturated the plate around the first lift .. couldn't really put it back down without the bun getting soaked ..For a place that advertises in- house made patties it was really low quality (but thanks cow) .. Maybe it was a different chief because it doesn't make sense from the previous good reviews vs my experience.. Aussie burger was also missing the beetroot which was advertised on the menu..*besides the thick but sad patty( & above mentioned), the bun & fries were fine. I hope the chief may apply effort & mindfulness again.. *note: do not thaw & cook...

The menu & the sign is quite deceiving, it indicated 2 layers of beef on cheese bacon burger, but only 1 layer beef came. When asked, the waiter said many complained but nothing done so far. I didn't asked for pathetic chips so don't you dare said that I lied. I am simply giving my honest opinion and after reading the respond, I am sure you can see that the owner has serious attitude issue and nobody appreciate being called a liar. Instead of retifying the menu to avoid misleading information, the owner still claim they are right and called guest liar.
