I have had the pleasure of residing in a wonderful 2-bedroom apartment in Da Nang for an extended period, and I would like to share my positive experience with you.
We were pleasantly surprised by the fact that there's a washer and a dryer in the apartment, which doesn't happen often and is pretty important in humid Da Nang. Weekly cleaning also helps a lot, and they do a great job!
There is a rooftop pool and a gym, which are pretty basic but just enough for daily workouts. And having an amazing pool with a view is so so convenient.
The beach is about 2 minutes away, and our apartment has a sea view, which is absolutely beautiful!
Everyone who works in the building is very nice and accommodating. Anything we needed during our stay, fixes or some help—has been done almost immediately. We truly feel like home here.

5-Star Review for Long-Term Rental Apartment in Da Nang. The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen, cooking utensils, a washing machine, and a dryer, making it extremely convenient for long-term stays. Weekly housekeeping is provided for free, which is a huge plus.
The location is perfect – surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants, and plenty of dining options. Plus, it's just a short walk to the beautiful My Khe Beach.
One small suggestion would be to provide a larger hair dryer for added convenience.
