I was visiting Da Nang from Australia and found this great restaurant walking home to my hotel. I had spent 2 weeks here already and have been trying to find some quality Vietnamese food on par with the Vietnamese restaurants back home in Sydney Australia where I grew up in. But I was disappointed with the quality of some highly rated restaurants. I realised alot of these reviews were from local Vietnamese who aren't familiar with the higher quality ingredients expected from the Vietnamese communities back in Australia. I almost gave up looking but on my last night I stumbled on this place and can honestly say its as good as any of the best Vietnamese restaurants back home. I hope by writing this review other tourists visiting Da Nang who are hoping to find a similar Vietnamese cuisine but for a fraction of the price then you must visit this restaurant. I ordered what I would call a "mixed plate" of everything including Banh Xeo (vietnamese pancakes), pork rolls and beef rice paper wraps with some spring rolls to top it off. The food portions are big here and I felt so full I couldn't finish the whole plate as much as I tried. The owner she is really friendly and speaks fluent English so say hi to Thao if you get a chance. Will definitely revisit this place when I return to Da Nang...

Read moreAbsolutely loving this local restaurant. Staff is incredibly friendly with a big smile all the time. Very helpful to show us the traditional way eating the Banh Xeo. Food was fresh made, authentic and absolutely delicious. Broth from the pho was light and herby. Love to mix in loaded sprouts, herbs and chilli for a kick. Noodle was soft and cooked to perfection. Beef was soft and savoury. Very hearty. Seafood pancake was served fresh and hot. Absolutely love the rice wrap wrapping loaded veggies and pancake that every bite was an explosion of both the texture and the flavours. Dipping the chilli and garlic fish sauce, every bite was drooling. Bun was again a plate of fresh goodnesses. Spring roll was crispy with umami flavour. Lightened up by the veggies and fish sauce, it was a well balanced dish. Definitely coming back very soon and highly recommended!!! Staff can speak very well English and she was absolutely sweet to every customer. A hearty and remarkable...
