Luna Diamond Hotel — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

We stayed for 5 nights in deluxe room.||The room itself was really nice, clean. AC worked perfectly. Housekeeping cleaned the room everyday and once in 2 days were changing the sheets. They also provide 2 bottles of drinking water. ||I would say we liked the breakfast. It's not perfect but has everything you will probably need. We were requesting the fried eggs with vegitables and cooked it for us. Coffee is not drinkable at the breakfast. But in the lobby for 10K dongs (0.5$) you can get nice coffee which also comes with green tea.||In the hotel everywhere is free wi-fi with good quality I should say. ||To go to the beach you should walk about 5-7 mins.||Also I rent a bike in hotel for 150K dongs for a day. It was very good bike and we had no problems to ride around. We went to the marble mountain and monkey mountain to the big Budda. ||There is always taxi outside of the hotel. Always were taking it. It was no problem to take a taxi in the morning to go to the airport and we paid only 90K dong which is more or less 4.5$.||||Only 1 big disappointment is a cockroach. Twice it came throw the opened window at the evening. They were big, for me it's very big! The body of the cockroach was around 5-6 cm in height. Also it runs very fast, I got a challenge trying to kill it. So, next evenings we were closing...

We arrived here for an overnight stay to break up our journey to HCMC. It was tipping down with rain when we arrived so actually spent most of the time in the hotel room this was a shame as the TV was not working and window struggled to open. The bathroom was very sufficient plenty of hot water. We did ask for a map of the local area but they failed to have one when asking for directions to the main town they weren't the best and after 15minutes of walking in the pouring rain we gave up. It is about 5 minutes from the sea but we couldn't venture in. We left in the early hours as our flight was changed. We had asked for a cab which they said they had ordered when 4am came we were told it was too early for a cab. Thankfully they offered us a lift to the airport for 50,000 Dong per person otherwise we would have been buggered (with our big backpacks on the back of a couple of scooters). The funny thing at Luna Diamond Hotel are the room doors, as all new guests tend to swipe the card and push to open. However, with these particular locks you need to pull in after swiping the card. Takes a while to master and you can often hear new guests frantically trying to get inside their rooms. Disgruntled groans in Vietnamese can be heard followed by multiple beeps from the electronic door lock.||||The hotel room’s offer a spotless service and guests are treated to a wall mounted cable TV showing international channels. Other faculties are air-conditioning, hot water kettle, fridge, 2 x bottles of water provided daily and the room serviced every day.
