The elevators are located inside a store front so it's a bit weird when your grab driver is trying to find the location. For the price, rooms were big and it came with a stove and washing machine. No dryer, so you have to hang dry but in the heat of vietnam it did not take more than 24 hrs to dry your clothes hanging then indoors. Location was great. You are 1-2 blocks from the gold shops if you need to exchange money and the same distance for a ton of restaurants in all 4 directions. There is a big market with street vendors for food and clothes 1 block away. Can't really beat the price you pay for the location you get. Beds are definitely hard (my preference) so if you need a soft bed you will...

Siamo stati qui in questi appartamenti quasi una settimana. Ci è piaciuto l'arredamento, la possibilità di usare una lavatrice. Alcuni membri del personale bravi a cercare di risolvere problematiche. L'ingresso e l'accettazione è all'interno di uno dei tanti negozi di abbigliamento falsi. Non mi sono piaciuti la quantità di problemi che abbiamo avuto: quando siamo arrivati ci hanno assegnato un appartamento diverso da quello prenotato dove, tra l'altro, la pulizia era appena sufficiente. Dopo esserci sistemati abbiamo scoperto che non c'era l'acqua calda e ci hanno cambiato l'appartamento assegnandone una altro che però non era stato pulito. Abbiamo cambiato il letto alla sera alle 23 La mattina l'appartamento è stato pulito bene dal personale. Una mensola in bagno era fissata male e pericolosa. Nonostante lo abbia segnalato a nessuno è fregato nulla e durante una notte successiva è crollata rompendo tutti i dispenser di ceramica, spaventandoci e riempiendo il pavimento di schegge taglienti. I piatti e le pentole ammassate disordinate e poco pulite che ci siamo dovuti rilavare per poterli usare.
