Wonderful Service and Excellent Hospitality

Although we unfortunately had to cancel our stay due to unforeseen circumstances, I want to sincerely thank the hotel team for their incredibly kind and professional service. They were understanding about the situation and went out of their way to help us cancel on the same day with no hassle.

What truly impressed me was that they followed up afterwards to check in and make sure we were okay and had arrived safely at our next destination. That level of care really stood out.

Even though we didn’t get to stay overnight, I did get to see the room, and it was spotless, modern, and very inviting. I will definitely make it a point to stay here on my next visit.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Studios are very clean and spacious and encountered no problems at all. Location is right next to Han market along with lots of other shops and restos. Receptionists are also very chill. The room was exactly the same as the photos so I was really happy :)

일단 엘리베이터와 tv 없습니다 1층이 가방가게인데 가방가게에서 체크인, 체크아웃합니다 마지막날 공항가기전 쉬다가 씻고 가기 위해서 깨끗하다는 후기보고 예약했는데 새로 리모델링한 깨끗함이지 신축급 깨끗함은 아닙니다 이불, 베개에서 누린내와 깨끗하게 안빨린 걸레 냄새같은 냄새납니다 이불 덮으면 냄새 밸까봐 이불 안덮고 쉬다가 다낭 공항에 4시간전에 도착했습니다 침대는 합판위에 얇은 매트리스 하나 깔아 놓은 듯 딱딱합니다 욕실 치약 칫솔없고 수건은 인당 1장씩 줍니다 1층 가방가게와 객실로 통하는 문이 자석식 자바라(?)인데 소리 요란해서 조용한 쉼을 원하시는 분에게는 안좋습니다 와이파이는 호텔 이름 넣으면 연결되고 에어컨 있습니다 한시장과 칼디앤모어, 졸리마트 가시려는 분들께 추천합니다 또한 냉동되는 샤프 냉장고가 있어서 물이나 음료 냉동 필요하신 분들께도 추천합니다 간이...
