Thanh Nhan Hotel Danang — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

I stayed here for a month in a business trip. The price was the cheapest during thi time, I can not find any cheaper ones in Da Nang. A plus point is that the location is close the beach and near the main road. Staffs were very friendly but they were not useful at all. Beside they could not speak english, they also did not have knowledge around property. Awesome, you have chance to discover yourself everything. The owner seem to be not friendly, because when I met the trouble in their property, they have not still appeared although they live closely nearby. The facilities is suitable for price, you can not require more with this price. The room was cleaned everyday, the housekeeping were very kind, they always asked me to clean my room and change the towel. But the bathroom was having terrible smell. They did change other room for me, but this smell was still have. This was the terrible memory about...

I spent 3 nights there. The room is small but clean and cozy. Nice staff. However I don't recommend you renting any motorbike here. It was at a very terrible condition and I had to pay for fixing it. At first I called the receptionist to solve the problem. I said I would contact the mechanic and fix the bike for them because if I didn't fix it then, I couldn't have gone back to that motel. They said that there was no way their bike could be out of order because it was new?! The mechanic told them through the phone that their bike hadn't been taken care of for a long time. It was such a lie. Then the motel representative said that I had to pay for the bill because I broke it. After a while they agreed with splitting the bill. To be fair for the price, it's not bad. £7 a night for decent wifi, air con and shower. However the room is very small and nowhere to put any of our stuff. And full of ants. |The staff were brilliant, we left a mobile phone on the plane out to Da Nang and the reception staff member spent time ringing the airport for us. |The area - honestly I wouldn't bother. It's one massive construction site with nowhere really to eat and no shops. We never visited the beach as we didn't stay long enough. I thought it would be a good base to visit hue but it's impossible to even find a decent travel agents where they don't want...
