HOMIE HOTEL — Hotel in Da Lat City

Location and Accessibility: It is easy to find, but the roads are often occupied by parked vehicles, which can make transportation challenging. However, this is not a significant issue as it is not situated on any steep hills. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Xuân Hương Lake and a similar amount of time to reach the market.

Accommodation and Facilities: The smaller room I initially received was cramped and lacked windows, while the air conditioning system was absent. However, when I switched to a larger room, it was much better. The equipment is new and functions well.

Customer Service: The staff members are very friendly and enthusiastic, guiding me towards the most suitable options. I felt most comfortable with the staff here.

Cleanliness and Hygiene: The place is very clean, and I have no suggestions for improvement.

Dining Options: There is no food available for purchase.

We did not enjoy our time at this hotel at all.

1: when we checked in, they asked for our passports, which is normal. However, after giving them, they demanded we pay them for the room to get them back. Not a great start.

2: the room ok and clean but no air circulation and badly isolated.

3: the first night was fine but we woke up during the middle of the night to heavy things being moved and loud music playing. Turns out that it was the staff. this shows they don't care about...
