Khách Sạn Phương Tùng — Hotel in Da Lat City

My friend and I booked here for the night of the 24th of Jan 2017 through another booking company, who have not yet published our review. Our arrival was a surprise to the staff even though we had booked through _.com. The woman at reception could not speak any English. We had to check the hotel number to make sure we were in the right place. The room was cold, damp and mouldy. The place stank of cigarette smoke. The WiFi did not work. We left after one night, we had booked for two. I would NOT recommend this...
