Kim Hòa Hotel — Hotel in Da Lat City

We came into the hotel happy and excited but we left angry, upset, and felt robbed. When we arrived at the hotel, they asked us to put a deposit and so we did. As we were checking out, they told us that we were not supposed to put a deposit. We were only supposed to pay in full when we check out. But then, why would the man who checked us in say that? Did he keep the money that we left as a deposit or something??? Or do they do this to all of their guests?? We were explaining to them that we were only supposed to pay $20 or so left since we already put a deposit down. They said no, you need to give us $40+ dollars. Which makes absolutely no sense, because one of your staff messed up so why do we need to pay for your mistake. They would not let us leave - and we were already running late to the airport. So they made us pay an extra $20 before we left. I don't understand how a business can do that to their guests. Does it really make them happy to rob a customer? ||||ALSO, since I left my toothbrush in Saigon, I decided to use the ones they provided at their hotel. But when I went to open the package, THERE WAS AN ANT IN MY TOOTHBRUSH. Not only that, there was DIRT on it too. So it makes me wonder, do they reuse the toothbrushes that they leave in the rooms for customers to use?? Because that's absolutely...

I do not know why not no one has command in this hotel. But this is very clean and comfortable hitel.|I revered two king size bed, 3people check in. Towel had good smell. Toilet has good equipment. I came early due to early arrival of bus and checked in early so I was told I needed to put a deposit of 50% of the room. And then came to check out the told i need to pay in full.
