Beautiful hotel shame about the inept hospitality.
The rooms are cosy and well appointed. The housekeeping staff attend to ever detail impeccably.
The breakfast is not very appealing 100% Vietnamese, but that might be our tastes. Good news is there's a great bakery close to the hotel to choose something that suits you.
The reception staff lead a lot to be desired. No English, not polite and no control over the behaviour or other guests. When we arrived the reception was filled with screaming poorly behaved children and adults. Wig h kids jumping on furniture, yelling, screaming and running. This unfortunately carried on for our first night as 5 children stayed next door to us with no adult supervision. After 9 hours of doorbell ringing, screaming, running, yelling, slamming doors we had to call the night Manager to help us out. At the cost of $80US a night - we found this poor management and compleatly unacceptable. It made us upset and tired as we left to explore Dalat the next day.
As we came and went from the hotel throughtput the day, the incompetent day Manager then proceeded to get the other guests parents to talk to us 5 times. Each time got more heated from them and uncomfortable including being sworn at, punched in the breast and screamed at in English insults as we walked down the street.
This was a birthday celebration once in a long time trip to Dalat from Australia.
The owners ignored us and NEVER apologised dispite smiling so politly at us as if nothing happened. I understand this is cultural but it tool the cake! I guess when you demand your nights accommodation back for the intollerable behaviour it makes them feel awkward. I note this was paid in full as agreed.
Oh and to top things off I had a bad fall on the steps out the front of the hotel. Dripping wet post clean no sign out to inform us.
There are a lot cheaper options ie $30 and $40 a night that look just the same and will be better than here. Go try them and pocket the extra cash for enjoying beautiful...
Read moreIts an affordable hotel in an area full of expensive hotels. Is it worth the cost? Sure! Its location puts you where everything is. The rooms are clean, large and modern. My bathroom is huge! The entire wall has a window (with optional curtain) to the bathroom, I guess a little romantic. 😅
There is a small cafe styled restaurent here with limited hours. No room service for food. They do provide laundry services and they did a great job doing it.
The staff are friendly and kid friendly
The only thing I dont like is you can hear everything through the walls. 😅 Im sure my sons crying wasnt pleasent for...
Khi check-out mình xem bảng giá.
3*...
