The service was 5 stars! We arrived around 9 am in the morning and we're allowed to check in and go to rooms, in addition, we were given discount to extend our stay and rent a bike for 1.5 days. what a nice service! The room was great as well, it has a good big window and clean too located nearby many restaurants and not far from night market and the famous lake in the town centre. Very recommended to stay here!

Pillow & bed sheet is filled with stains and not nice to sleep. Toilet is a bit old and not clean. 4 pax room is small, dusty and not comfortable to stay. At night very noisy until 3am. Cannot have good sleep. They only accept cash. They strongly insist cannot accept credit/debit card. Expensive and 👎🏿 room service. We're too rush to book in this hotel for 5 nights. No breakfast included. Regretful stay.

For a 2-star hotel, the view from my room was just stunning. The amenities were basic but comfortable, and lovely owners. The location was also near to the night market, right at the center of the city. Totally recommend this hotel to budget-conscious travelers looking for a convenient stay with a breathtaking view.

After a 10 hour bus journey from HCMC, I arrived to this hotel around 7 pm. I went to check in and the owner tried to push me to stay at another hotel for one night and then come check into his because he overbooked. My hunch is that he gave my room to a walk-in. Not the kind of people you want to do business with when you’re depending on a comfortable place to lay your head after a 10-hour bus/shuttle ride. Needless to say, he cancelled my booking and I wouldn’t recommend giving this place...

Nice cheap hotel in great location. We had two queen beds which were a little hard but not too bad. Room is spacious with small fridge to store drinks in. Reception has a habit of disappearing at times so not always someone there. Great location though.
